درباره من

من فرزانه بیات شهبازی هستم، ۳۵ سال دارم. هر سه مقطع کارشناسی، کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری را در دانشگاه تهران گذرانده‌ام و بیش از ۱۰ سال است که در حوزه ارزیابی و درمان مشکلات دوران کودکی و نوجوانی فعالیت می‌کنم.

پایان‌نامه کارشناسی ارشدم در حوزه اختلالات یادگیری بود و همین موضوع باعث شد توجه ویژه‌ای به مسائل توجه و تمرکز داشته باشم. با این حال، مشاهده کردم که ریشه درصد قابل توجهی از مشکلات اضطرابی، رفتاری و ارتباطی کودکان به فرزندپروری نادرست والدین برمی‌گردد. به همین دلیل تصمیم گرفتم در این زمینه نیز آموزش ببینم و بتوانم والدین را در مسیر تربیت صحیح یاری کنم.

در طول این سال‌ها مدیریت بخش تشخیص و خدمات آنلاین کلینیک را بر عهده داشته‌ام که این تجربه، اهمیت تشخیص دقیق و مصاحبه بالینی صحیح را برای من در آغاز درمان دوچندان کرده است. همچنین چند سال است که با مراجعان خارج از کشور نیز کار می‌کنم و شناخت خوبی از چالش‌های مهاجران به دست آورده‌ام.
