Introduction

Hamrah Care is an Australian platform that connects users with independent Persian-speaking wellness consultants. The platform was developed under Australian legal and privacy frameworks and is designed to provide a respectful, culturally informed space for wellbeing support. It does not offer clinical diagnosis, therapy, or medical treatment.

1. Platform Role and Consultant Licensing

Hamrah Care acts solely as a facilitator, connecting users with independent wellness consultants. These consultants are not employees of Hamrah Care and operate as independent contractors. Each consultant holds relevant qualifications and is licensed to practice as a psychologist or wellness professional in at least one country, though they may not be licensed to practice therapy, psychology, or counseling in Australia. Hamrah Care does not supervise, evaluate, or assume responsibility for the clinical or professional conduct of consultants, nor does it guarantee compliance with Australian health regulations. Payments are collected by Hamrah Care on behalf of the consultants and distributed accordingly. Hamrah Care acts as a limited payment collection agent on behalf of independent consultants. A portion of the service fee is retained by Hamrah Care to cover platform and operational costs. This does not alter the independent nature of the consultants or create an employment or clinical relationship.

2. Scope of Services

Hamrah Care is a platform intended for residents of Australia. The services offered are for personal development, emotional wellbeing, cultural understanding, and general support. They are not intended for clinical diagnosis, therapeutic treatment, or emergency mental health care under Australian law. While we strive to foster a professional and respectful environment, Hamrah Care does not control or guarantee the outcomes of any session.

3. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

While services are delivered with cultural sensitivity for Persian-speaking users, all users and consultants agree to respect and comply with the legal, ethical, and privacy obligations under Australian law.

All content, design, branding, and platform features are the property of Quantum Craft Pty Ltd. Any copying, distribution, or modification without prior written permission is prohibited.

7. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
