With over 12 years of experience in counseling, coaching, and teaching in Iran and Barcelona, Spain, I have supported clients in areas such as personal growth, stress and anxiety-related experiences, communication challenges, low self-confidence, relationship concerns, marital conflict, separation and divorce-related transitions, trust-related challenges, premarital conversations, and immigration-related adjustment.
In premarital and self-awareness sessions, I may use personality and self-reflection tools to help clients better understand themselves, their relationship patterns, and their decision-making process.
As someone with personal immigration experience, I understand many of the emotional layers of migration and support clients as they navigate this transition.
To me, migration means living in the space between “who I was” and “who I am becoming.” Migration is the art of continuing when nothing feels the same as before.
