My path in psychology-based coaching and counseling began in childhood, with my interest in listening to people’s concerns and connecting with them through empathy. Today, witnessing my clients’ moments of insight and clarity is one of the most meaningful parts of my work.

One of my core values is respecting each client’s ability to choose, decide, and move forward at their own pace. Privacy, confidentiality, and trust are essential to my work. I aim to create a safe, calm, and non-judgmental space where clients can speak openly and feel heard without labels or prejudice.

I am familiar with the emotional challenges of immigration, such as questions of identity, homesickness, cultural adjustment, and the feeling of being “in between.” In our sessions, we work together to better understand these experiences and find ways to carry them with more clarity, balance, and emotional strength.

What I value most in this work is seeing clients gradually untangle difficult thoughts and life challenges, gain new awareness, and discover new choices and inner resources.

Staying up to date in psychology is an important professional responsibility for me. I continuously develop my knowledge through studying new research, especially in areas related to emotional well-being, stress, anxiety-related experiences, and low mood.
