With more than ten years of experience supporting adults and couples, I have worked with relationship concerns including infidelity, separation or divorce, communication difficulties, relationship improvement, and intimacy-related concerns.

My areas of experience also include supporting adults with stress, anxiety, low mood, self-esteem concerns, and lifestyle changes related to smoking or alcohol use.

Having personal experience of migration, I am particularly interested in supporting migrants and people adjusting to life in a new country. I also have experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and people exploring sexual orientation, gender identity, and related identity questions.
