I am Farahnaz Mohammad Ghazal Ayagh. My interest in understanding people’s lives and inner experiences began early in life. Having experienced migration during childhood, I am also familiar with the emotional challenges of adapting to new places and environments.

For me, professional support is an opportunity to understand life through another person’s perspective and to offer structured, goal-oriented guidance within a safe and respectful framework.

In my sessions, I focus on creating a non-judgmental, empathetic, and clearly bounded space where individuals can explore their concerns, clarify their goals, and move toward greater self-awareness and emotional balance.

My main professional values are humanity, ethical care, and a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach. I also stay engaged with ongoing study and supervision to keep my work reflective, responsible, and up to date.
