I am a psychology-based child and adolescent coach with an academic background in Psychology from Sapienza University of Rome. My experience of studying and living outside Iran has strengthened my cross-cultural perspective and professional flexibility.

My work is client-centered and informed by mentalization-based and relationship-focused approaches. I aim to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can better understand their emotions, relationships, and patterns of behavior. My focus is on emotional awareness, self-regulation, identity development, and healthier relationships.

I especially enjoy working with children and adolescents, as this stage of life is deeply connected to identity formation and emotional development. To stay up to date, I regularly participate in professional workshops and continue studying mentalization-informed and relationship-based approaches.
