I am Dr. Zahra Jamshidifar, holding a PhD in Counseling, with over 20 years of experience in both in-person and online support sessions. My work focuses on stress and anxiety, premarital guidance, relationship and couple-related challenges, adolescent concerns, and personal growth.
I also have experience supporting individuals facing serious life challenges, including those affected by cancer, as well as Farsi-speaking migrants navigating adjustment, loneliness, identity changes, and the emotional impact of living abroad.
