I’m Sara Fattahi, a Health Psychology professional with a focus on personal and relationship support, premarital guidance, and emotional well-being.
I believe that personal growth is a journey of self-discovery, and I aim to provide a supportive and respectful space throughout that process. I work with individuals and couples facing challenges such as anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions.
My approach draws on cognitive and behavioral strategies, as well as schema-informed perspectives, to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier patterns, and navigate long-standing emotional and relationship challenges.
