I am Taher Alizadeh. My interest in understanding human experiences began in adolescence, and for over 10 years I have supported individuals through professional guidance and emotional support sessions.

My approach is based on neutrality. I do not make decisions for people or solve their challenges on their behalf. Instead, I help create a space where individuals can better understand their emotions, inner needs, and recurring patterns.

For me, one of the most meaningful parts of this work is seeing people gain insight into long-standing emotional patterns and move toward greater self-awareness, clarity, and inner calm.

Alongside my professional work, I am interested in qualitative research, lived human experiences, reading, exercise, and music.
