Dr. Mojtaba Abbasi-Asl has over 10 years of professional experience in individual support, counseling, and group-based work, including in-person services at reputable counseling centers, as well as online support for Farsi-speaking individuals living abroad.
He has completed extensive supervised professional training during his Master’s and PhD programs, including 60 hours of supervision at the Master’s level and 500 hours of supervision at the doctoral level across university, rehabilitation, and care-related settings.
He also has experience in teaching and training students and parents in areas such as life skills, research methods, improving interpersonal relationships, parenting, and managing anxiety-related challenges in educational settings.
He has served as a scientific reviewer for the Iranian Journal of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences (IJPBS).
He has also worked as a counselor and support professional at the counseling centers of Kharazmi University, Amirkabir University, and Shahid Beheshti University.
I am Mojtaba Abbasi-Asl, and for over 10 years I have worked professionally in the field of counseling and emotional support. I believe that every person, within their struggles and challenges, has a remarkable capacity for change, growth, and personal flourishing.
